Renting Space Available at People House
Office and workshop space is available (by the month or by the hour) for professionals wanting their own space while being associated with one of the oldest personal growth organizations in the Metro Denver area. We are primarily interested in healing arts professionals, facilitators, counselors or spiritual practitioners.

People House Room Use Prices
We have four different rental programs:
#1 Hourly Rental (for non-leased Offices and Meeting Rooms)
The Loft, Spruce Hall, and Rose Rooms at People House – as well as the Hawthorne Room at People House East – may be rented as counseling offices at $15 per hour in the morning and on Sundays, $20 per hour in the afternoons, evenings and all day Saturday.
#2 Classroom/Group Room Space (Chapel, Loft, Moon, and Rose Rooms)
The Evening: $45 for any portion of the evening — beginning at 6PM
One Full Day: $120 up to 10 hours of room use per day.
Two Consecutive Days: $200 up to 10 hours of room use per day.
Entire Weekend: $250 includes 3 hours Friday, 10 on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday.
The "Weekend" rate guarantees the practitioner the room for the entire weekend with the agreement People House will not rent the room on Saturday evening so people can leave their materials in the room overnight.
#3 Leased Office Space
Small Office: Full-time use of a small office — $410 per month
One 8-hour block of time per week — $115/mo
Two 8-hour blocks of time per week — $215/mo
Three 8-hour blocks of time per week — $315/mo
Large Office:Full-time use of a large office — $495 per month
One 8-hour block of time per week — $135/mo
Two 8-hour blocks of time per week — $250/mo
Three 8-hour blocks of time per week — $350/mo
We require a lease agreement of a minimum of 6 months. The month rent is a to be paid in advance on the 1st of the month, and the cost is the same amount whether it is a 4-week month of a 5-week month (which happens 4 times a year).
#4 Wedding Chapel Area (use of the entire 2nd floor, except the Executive Office):
$75 for the 1st hour of use and $30 for every half-hour thereafter. People House ministers are the only ministers allowed to perform wedding services at People House.
Policies & Guidelines:
Rooms are scheduled on a 1st-come, 1st-serve basis. Call 303-480-5130 to check for availability.
All first-time users of space or non-affiliates of People House will be asked to complete an application with a professional resume and sign a Letter of Understanding and Acceptance of Terms agreement. There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee per applicant for using People House room space.
If your workshop/class or event falls under the publication deadline for the People House newsletter, you may advertise in our newsletter at a nominal fee. We strongly suggest that you use other methods to market your class and not rely on publication in the newsletter as your sole support. We distribute 9,000 newsletters 3-times per year.
Cancellation of room use must be made 24 hours or more before the date your event is scheduled. If you cancel a reservation in less than 24 hours, you must pay for the 1st day of the room reservation.
Payments may be left the day of your event by placing a check payable to People House in the donations box at the entrance to the chapel; please clearly marked for its intention. If payment is not made within 14 days of room use, People House reserves the right to deny future room use to the applicant.
No alcohol or smoking is allowed inside the People House building.
Please make sure all electric appliances are turned off in the kitchen areas, the chairs and pillows in your room are stacked against a wall, dishes are washed and trash is taken out.
You will be assigned a key to People House. If you are the last person out of the building, it is your responsibility to lock all external doors.
